  1. Provide technical support to employees: Respond to IT service requests in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service: Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting employees with their technology needs, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
  3. Monitor and track service requests: Utilize ticketing system to log all IT service requests, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Communicate effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical users, ensuring understanding and satisfaction with solutions provided.
  5. Stay up-to-date with technology: Continuously learn and stay current with new technological advancements and systems, in order to provide the most effective support and solutions.
  6. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other members of the IT team to share knowledge and assist with complex issues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  7. Document processes and procedures: Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and consistency in troubleshooting methods.
  8. Provide training and support: Assist in training new employees on IT systems and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to all employees on technology-related matters.
  9. Maintain confidentiality: Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and handle sensitive information with care and professionalism.
  10. Adhere to company policies and standards: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

Job Qualifications
