Job Description

The Lead Surgical Technologist at Houston Methodist is a vital role in the operating room, requiring a unique skill set and a high level of expertise. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist and a certification from an accredited surgical technologist program. The Lead Surgical Technologist must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people. The Lead Surgical Technologist will be responsible for providing direction to other Surgical Technologists, assisting with the management of the operating room, and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality care for our patients.
