Leadership and Learning Training Specialist

Houston Methodist is looking for an experienced and passionate Leadership and Learning Training Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop effective and engaging learning programs and initiatives tailored to the needs of adult learners.
2. Deliver training programs in a variety of settings including classrooms, virtual classrooms, and webinars.
3. Create and maintain detailed training materials and documents.
4. Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure proper implementation and follow-up.
5. Monitor trends in adult learning and keep abreast of new technologies and best practices.
6. Coordinate and facilitate workshops and seminars for leadership development.
7. Monitor and maintain the learning management system.
8. Develop and implement strategies to enhance and promote learning development programs.
9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective training initiatives.
10. Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
