Houston Methodist is seeking a highly-organized and motivated Manager, Revenue Cycle to join our team. The Manager, Revenue Cycle will be responsible for leading the revenue cycle team and providing strategic direction and guidance in order to maximize revenue and streamline operations. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to effectively manage multiple teams and projects.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of five years of successful experience in revenue cycle management, and advanced knowledge of revenue cycle processes and systems. Additionally, the Manager, Revenue Cycle should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the overall strategy of the Revenue Cycle team to maximize revenue and streamline operations.
  2. Lead and manage multiple teams and projects, while providing guidance, support, and direction.
  3. Monitor daily operations and ensure that all revenue cycle processes are functioning correctly.
  4. Analyze data and metrics in order to identify potential areas of improvement.
  5. Implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Develop and execute training programs for staff and ensure that all staff are up to date on current revenue cycle processes and systems.
  8. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  9. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
  10. Monitor the performance of the revenue cycle team and provide feedback to staff.
