Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional patient care and compassion in a fast-paced hospital or clinical setting.
  2. Assist with patient care activities including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily activities.
  3. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  4. Ensure patient safety and comfort by following safety protocols and procedures.
  5. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff.
  6. Maintain accurate records of patient care activities.
  7. Provide support to other clinical staff members in order to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care.
  10. Adhere to all standards of professional conduct and ethical practice.
