Responsibilities: -Greet patients, provide customer service, and communicate with them throughout the blood collection process -Draw blood from patients in a safe and accurate manner -Label specimens and verify patient information -Ensure accurate collection of specimens according to laboratory protocols -Ensure that all laboratory equipment is maintained in a clean and safe manner -Administer patient care, including pre-and post-collection procedures -Maintain accurate records of specimens collected -Adhere to all safety and quality protocols -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laboratory procedures and standards
