Practice Manager - Orthopedics

The successful candidate will have experience as a Practice Manager in an orthopedic setting and a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry. In this role, the Practice Manager will be a key player in creating a culture of high quality patient care and continuously strive for improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field• 5+ years of practice management experience in an orthopedic setting• In-depth understanding of financial management principles and practices• Ability to build and lead a team to provide exceptional patient care• Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills• Ability to stay organized and work under pressure

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the Orthopedics practice.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high quality patient care.
3. Ensure adherence to state and federal laws and regulations.
4. Manage financial operations including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
5. Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional patient care.
6. Develop performance metrics and evaluate outcomes.
7. Create and maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
8. Monitor patient satisfaction and develop strategies to improve service.
9. Ensure timely and accurate communication with patients, families, and staff.
10. Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to staff.
