Job Description

Houston Methodist is looking for a highly motivated and talented Scientist-Nanomedicine to join our team and help advance our mission of providing exceptional healthcare. The Scientist-Nanomedicine will work to develop and implement innovative approaches to diagnose, monitor, and treat diseases through the use of nanotechnology.This position requires a Ph.D. in nanotechnology, biochemistry, engineering, or related field, as well as a strong publication record and a commitment to excellence in research and patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in drug and/or gene delivery systems, advanced materials, and tissue engineering. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to conduct independent research and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.We are seeking an individual who is passionate about research and has excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should possess a strong sense of professionalism and integrity, along with excellent organizational skills.
