Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Development Consultant to join Houston Methodist's Organizational Development team. The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about the development and advancement of organizational growth and progress.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of five years of experience in organizational development consulting, change management, and/or business process improvement. You should be an excellent problem solver with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. You should also have the ability to identify and analyze organizational development needs, develop comprehensive solutions, and execute on those solutions in a timely manner. A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop organizational development initiatives and strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and analyze organizational development needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
  3. Lead and coordinate change management initiatives.
  4. Design and develop communication plans to ensure successful adoption of organizational development plans.
  5. Leverage data and analytics to help inform organizational development strategies and initiatives.
  6. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Act as a coach and mentor to other organizational development consultants.
  8. Develop and implement training programs for employees.
  9. Monitor and evaluate organizational development initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  10. Prepare and present reports on the progress of organizational development plans.
