Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at Houston Methodist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, plus a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain detailed quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and bug reports.
2. Conduct regular testing of all products and services to ensure that they meet industry standards of quality and performance.
3. Monitor the performance of existing systems to identify potential quality issues.
4. Devise and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that products and services meet agreed upon standards.
5. Identify, analyze, and document defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that their quality requirements are met.
7. Develop and execute automated and manual tests to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations.
8. Research and analyze new technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is up to date on the latest quality assurance techniques.
9. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
10. Train and mentor junior quality assurance analysts.
