Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Clinical & Outpatient Recruitment team at Houston Methodist. Our Senior Recruiters are the face of our organization and play an integral role in helping us build a world-class healthcare team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a wide variety of outpatient and clinical roles.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a results-oriented attitude, and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. A collaborative mindset and the ability to think quickly on your feet will also be highly valuable. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to take initiative and be a self-starter. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: -Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of outpatient and clinical roles -Source and recruit qualified candidates using various methods such as job postings, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment strategies -Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates -Conduct in-person interviews with candidates and make hiring decisions -Maintain a database of qualified candidates -Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure they have the best talent to meet their goals -Identify and develop relationships with external recruitment sources to build pipelines of qualified candidates -Coach and mentor junior recruiters -Stay up to date on industry trends to ensure the organization is recruiting top talent -Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process -Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process
