Job Description

In this role, you will provide comprehensive pharmacy services and be responsible for ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate for this position will have a PharmD degree and licensure in the state of Texas. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in order to provide quality patient care. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive pharmacy services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  2. Fill medication orders and ensure accuracy in medication delivery.
  3. Monitor patient medication therapy and recommend changes to the care plan when necessary.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  5. Maintain compliance with regulations and standards of practice.
  6. Stay up to date with new medications, treatments, and health care trends.
  7. Educate patients and families on proper medication use and storage.
  8. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other staff to provide excellent patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment

  • Pharmd Degree

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy

  • Current Texas Pharmacy License

  • Minimum Of Two Years' Experience In A Hospital Pharmacy Setting
