At HubSpot, we're looking for a motivated, experienced Customer Support Specialist - German to join our ever-growing team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be a key member of the Support team, helping our customers in the German-speaking market get the most out of our products. The successful candidate will be an experienced customer support specialist, with excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a passion for helping customers. You should also have a strong understanding of HubSpot's suite of products and a proven record of providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in both German and English in a timely manner.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HubSpot's suite of products.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Participate in customer training sessions and provide feedback on customer service processes.
  6. Create and update customer service documentation, such as FAQs and user guides.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product features and changes to ensure customer support accuracy.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
