Job Description

At HubSpot, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Global Onboarding Program Manager to join our team and help us improve our already successful onboarding program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful onboarding experiences, as well as an in-depth knowledge of program management, employee development, and global initiatives.The successful candidate will be an experienced program manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can provide strategic guidance to ensure our onboarding program is successful. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as expertise in developing and implementing onboarding initiatives. Additionally, you must have experience working with global stakeholders, and be able to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. You must also be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work independently.If you have a passion for program management and are looking for an opportunity to help build an amazing onboarding experience for our global team, we would love to hear from you.
