  1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to protect company assets and reduce shrinkage in retail stores and warehouses.
  2. Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify potential risks and losses, and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
  3. Manage and train a team of loss prevention and inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle their roles effectively.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as store operations and finance, to develop and implement inventory control processes and procedures.
  5. Monitor and analyze inventory levels and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Implement inventory control policies and procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and inventory control.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to support loss prevention efforts.
  9. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on loss prevention and inventory control.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and inventory management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Work closely with the finance team to manage inventory-related financial processes, such as inventory valuation and reconciliation.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for store and warehouse staff on loss prevention and inventory control.
  13. Ensure a safe and secure working environment for employees by implementing safety and security protocols.
  14. Manage the budget for loss prevention and inventory control, and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
  15. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to loss prevention and inventory control.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Loss Prevention And Inventory Control: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Loss Prevention Strategies And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Managing Inventory And Supply Chain Operations.
