  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for key accounts.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the fashion industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners to ensure successful and collaborative partnerships.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective strategies for key accounts.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive sales.
  6. Negotiate contracts and terms with key account partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  7. Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for key accounts.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activity to inform key account strategies.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance to senior management.
  10. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  11. Represent HUGO BOSS at trade shows, events, and meetings with key account partners.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key account planning.
  13. Stay informed on HUGO BOSS products, services, and initiatives to effectively communicate with key account partners.
  14. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Growth Opportunities And Develop Effective Account Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
