1. Assist the production team in all aspects of the production process, including but not limited to sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and managing production timelines.
2. Learn and adhere to HUGO BOSS production standards and procedures to ensure the highest quality of products.
3. Collaborate with the design team to understand the vision and concept behind each collection and how it translates into the production process.
4. Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Conduct quality control checks on samples and finished products to ensure they meet HUGO BOSS standards.
6. Assist in organizing and maintaining production documents, including purchase orders, invoices, and production reports.
7. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve production processes and efficiency.
8. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to ensure timely delivery of products.
9. Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments between different production locations.
