- Create visually appealing and on-brand displays to showcase HUGO BOSS products in-store.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to understand sales goals and align visual merchandising accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, both globally and within the luxury fashion industry, to ensure displays are relevant and visually impactful.
- Manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials and props.
- Ensure all visual displays are properly set up and maintained, following brand guidelines and standards.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess and make necessary adjustments to visual displays.
- Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
- Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate seasonal campaigns and promotions into store displays.
- Collaborate with the buying team to provide feedback on product assortment and placement based on customer feedback and sales data.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising storage area.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company initiatives and visual merchandising best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, while executing visual merchandising tasks.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Compelling Visual Displays.
Proficiency In Visual Merchandising Techniques, Including Creating Displays, Styling Mannequins, And Implementing Brand Guidelines.
