2. Collaborate closely with global creative teams to understand and execute the brand's artistic vision.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with top talent in the fashion industry, including models, photographers, and other creative professionals.
4. Plan and execute large-scale art buying and casting projects on a global level, ensuring all aspects of the process are carried out efficiently and effectively.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry and incorporate them into the art buying and casting processes.
6. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure that all creative needs are met and aligned with the overall brand strategy.

8. Oversee the entire process of casting and booking talent for fashion shows, campaigns, and other events.
