- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services to support business operations.
- Oversee the management of IT service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT service issues, and implement solutions to improve service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT service management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT services.
- Develop and maintain IT service management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the IT service management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In It Service Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Experience Implementing Itil Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving It Service Delivery, Including Incident, Problem, And Change Management Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
