Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Healthcare, Or Finance.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Claims Research And Resolution, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Claims Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Internal Teams.
Familiarity With Claims Processing Systems And Medical Coding, Such As Icd-10 And Cpt, To Accurately Review And Adjudicate Claims.
