Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Service And Operations Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Policies And Procedures, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Customer Interactions.
