
Cybersecurity Organizational Change Management Lead

- Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational change management strategy to support the successful adoption of cybersecurity initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential risks and barriers to change, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Create and deliver engaging and effective training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and promote a culture of security awareness.
- Monitor and track the progress of cybersecurity initiatives, identify any issues or roadblocks, and develop solutions to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational change management and cybersecurity to continuously improve and enhance strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity principles and provide guidance and support to other departments.
- Develop and maintain clear and effective communication channels to ensure all employees are informed and engaged in cybersecurity initiatives.
- Regularly report on the status and progress of cybersecurity initiatives to senior leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Organizational Change Management, Preferably In The Cybersecurity Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Processes, And Technologies.
Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
