Data and Reporting Professional

Humana is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data and Reporting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about data and reporting and has a deep understanding of the entire data reporting cycle, from acquisition and analysis to presentation and implementation.We require a minimum of five years of experience in a data and reporting role, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or data science. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of data management and data analysis tools, as well as experience developing and implementing reporting solutions. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in creating and delivering presentations and reports to stakeholders, and be comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data.We are looking for an individual who has initiative, is organized, and has the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision. The successful candidate must be able to work well within tight deadlines and be able to quickly adapt to changing requirements.
