You will also be responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of our care management division, ensuring that we are delivering the best possible care to our members while maintaining efficient and cost-effective processes.To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of successfully managing care management programs.   1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our care management programs.
  2. Oversee the operational and financial performance of the care management division.
  3. Ensure that care management programs are in compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  4. Lead a team of care management professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to monitor the performance of care management programs and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for the care management division, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in care management to continuously improve our programs.
  10. Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to care management and act as a subject-matter expert.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  12. Ensure that all care management processes are aligned with the company's mission and values.
  13. Communicate with executive leadership to provide updates on the division's performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Handle any escalated issues or complaints related to care management.
  15. Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and train new team members for the care management division.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, With A Focus On Care Management, Strategy, And Operations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Large Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Results And Achieving Strategic Objectives.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Knowledge Of Government Programs Such As Medicare And Medicaid, As Well As Private Insurance.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners To Drive Innovation And Improve Outcomes For Members.
