  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Medicaid department and senior leadership team at Humana.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and planning for the Medicaid department.
  • Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and invoice processing for the Medicaid department.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between the Medicaid department and other departments within Humana.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and team members to ensure seamless operations and support across the organization.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Medicaid, and stay updated on industry developments and trends.
  • Uphold the values and mission of Humana in all interactions and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Health Care Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
