- Provide high-level administrative support to the Medicaid department and senior leadership team at Humana.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and planning for the Medicaid department.
- Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and invoice processing for the Medicaid department.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the Medicaid department and other departments within Humana.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and team members to ensure seamless operations and support across the organization.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Medicaid, and stay updated on industry developments and trends.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Health Care Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Medicaid Policies And Regulations.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
