At Humana, we are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused HR Call Center Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be passionate about providing stellar support to our members.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, working with customer inquiries and concerns. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. A strong aptitude for problem solving, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.
