Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution: A Pharmd Degree Is The Minimum Requirement For A Pharmacist Role At Humana. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Received A Comprehensive Education In Pharmacy And Is Equipped With The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Provide Integrated Care To Patients.

  • Valid Pharmacy License In The State Of Practice: The Candidate Must Hold An Active And Unrestricted Pharmacy License In The State Where The Integrated Clinic Is Located. This Is A Legal Requirement To Practice As A Pharmacist And Ensures That The Candidate Is Up-To-Date With State Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience In Primary Care Or Integrated Healthcare Setting: Humana Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Experience Working In A Primary Care Or Integrated Healthcare Setting. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Work In A Team-Based Environment And Provide Patient-Centered Care.

  • Knowledge Of Chronic Disease Management And Medication Therapy Management: As An Integrated Clinic Pharmacist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Chronic Diseases And Providing Medication Therapy Management Services. Therefore, Having Knowledge And Experience In These Areas Is A Crucial Qualification For The Job.
