  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in nursing care.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lvn/Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active License As A Licensed Vocational Nurse (Lvn) Or Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) In The State Of Texas.

  • Minimum Education: A Minimum Of An Associate's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Nursing Program Is Required. A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Preferred.

  • Experience: At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lvn/Lpn In A Clinical Setting Is Required. Experience In Managed Care Or Insurance Industry Is A Plus.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Bilingual Candidates Are Preferred.
