  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  3. Assisting members with navigating and understanding their healthcare benefits, including eligibility, coverage, and claims information.
  4. Collaborate with other departments within Humana to ensure all member needs and requests are addressed efficiently and accurately.
  5. Keep up-to-date with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to member services.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and inquiries in a timely manner.
  7. Actively identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  8. Assist members with scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and other necessary services.
  9. Educate members on preventive care and promote healthy lifestyle choices to improve their overall well-being.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the member experience.
  11. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  12. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of member information.
  13. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
