  1. Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations, medical history, and physician recommendations.
  3. Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to provide effective and efficient therapy to patients.
  4. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to help maintain and improve their physical abilities.
  6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and documentation.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and communication to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Stay current on industry developments, advancements in treatment techniques, and changes in regulations and guidelines.
  11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  12. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  14. Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
  15. Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Program
