- Serve as the first point of contact for providers, answering calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing the needs and concerns of providers.
- Assist providers with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and other services offered by Humana.
- Utilize various resources and tools to accurately and efficiently provide information and resolve issues for providers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Humana's products, services, and policies to effectively communicate and educate providers.
- Document all interactions with providers accurately and thoroughly in the appropriate systems.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless provider experience.
- Identify and escalate any trends or recurring issues to management for further investigation and resolution.
- Strive to meet and exceed established performance metrics and goals, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
