As a representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from healthcare providers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.   1. Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Answer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards callers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  5. Communicate effectively and efficiently with callers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Accurately document all interactions and update customer records.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to callers.
  9. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  10. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handle time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
  11. Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  12. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  15. Fulfill any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Provider Call Center Inbound Contacts Representative Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Providers And Members.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Medical Terminology, Insurance Plans, And Provider Networks.

  • Ability To Multitask: The Role Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, Such As Navigating Computer Systems, Managing Phone Calls, And Documenting Information Accurately. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently Under Pressure And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
