Job Description

Drive development roadmap, working closely with sales leadership and end-users. Identify opportunities for automation of manual data entry processes Guide creation of IT stories to implement roadmap, managing our IT development team. Manage prioritization of the IT development backlog. Lead regular touchpoints with end users to communicate roadmap and new releases Lead continued development of new employee training program and continued education session for existing team. Participate in Humana’s enterprise Salesforce strategy & new release discussions, ensuring we are getting the most out of our available features. Stay up to date on new Salesforce functionality releases and provide feedback & suggestions to Humana’s enterprise Salesforce team.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience and/or consulting experience

  • Salesforce Administrator certification

  • Experience in healthcare sector a plus
