  1. Develop and implement IT procurement strategies in line with overall business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support in their daily activities.
  3. Collaborate with the IT department to understand technology needs and identify cost-effective solutions.
  4. Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms for IT products and services.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all IT procurement activities.
  6. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  7. Manage relationships with key vendors and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  9. Develop and maintain procurement metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technology advancements to drive innovation in IT procurement.
  11. Develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT procurement processes.
  13. Manage and track procurement budget and ensure cost savings targets are met.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on IT procurement activities and initiatives.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for IT procurement and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In The It Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes And Best Practices, Including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Large Procurement Projects And Achieving Cost Savings Targets.
