  1. Design and implement cloud solutions using ServiceNow technology to meet the organization's needs and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design, and implementation plans.
  4. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of cloud solutions by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary updates and improvements.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of cloud infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud technology, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's infrastructure.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members on ServiceNow technology and best practices.
  8. Work closely with vendors and other external partners to identify and implement new technology solutions.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates and recommendations related to cloud solutions.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards, to maintain the integrity and security of data and systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Cloud Architecture: A Senior Cloud Architect At Humana Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Cloud-Based Solutions. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Cloud Platforms, Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud, And Be Able To Recommend The Best Solution Based On Business Needs.

  • Expert Knowledge Of Servicenow: Humana Is Specifically Looking For A Senior Cloud Architect With A Strong Background In Servicenow.
