  1. Lead and oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects within Humana, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all project objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.
  3. Use strong project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage project scope, risks, and issues.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, resources, and potential roadblocks, and proactively address them.
  5. Mentor and guide junior project managers to ensure projects are being managed effectively.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project management team.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Act as a liaison between project teams and upper management, providing regular updates on project status and highlighting any critical issues or risks.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management, and make recommendations for incorporating them into project processes.
  11. Ensure projects align with Humana's mission and values, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  12. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and company-wide projects.
  13. Uphold a high level of quality and professionalism in all project deliverables and interactions with stakeholders.
  14. Continuously assess project performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  15. Act as a role model for the project management team, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 Years Of Project Management Experience In A Complex And Dynamic Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Pmp Certification Or Other Relevant Project Management Certifications.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members Towards Project Goals.
