Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Healthcare Field.

  • Active And Unrestricted Rn Or Lpn Licensure In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience, Preferably In A Telephonic Or Case Management Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Providers, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Healthcare Systems, And Insurance Processes.
