Job Description

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all employee interactions. Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment. Assists in the inputting, changing, and deleting of employee information in the workforce management system (time and attendance). Helps with new hire orientation and creating employee files. Assists with processing of terminations. Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files. Conducts tours of facility for schools and civic organizations.
