Hotel Engineer
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for the hotel’s HVAC requirements. General maintenance, repairs, electrical and plumbing skills are also required to perform some repairs on kitchen and laundry equipment . Daily monitoring and preventative maintenance are included. Maintains and repairs HVAV, boilers, refrigerator equipment, electrical equipment and plumbing equipment.
A minimum of two-years of building HVAC control and maintenance experience is required
Hotel HVAC experience preferred.
