
Sous Chef II
As a Sous Chef your goal is to be committed to providing our guest with exceptional service, quality, and value. The Sous Chef assists in the development of new menu offerings, banquet menus and reviews all banquet event orders to ensure all menu items and set-ups are prepared to company standards. Daily and weekly purchasing and end of month inventories. Maintenance of cost controls and overall profitability. Maintain quality and proper rotation of products. Creation and implementation of menu selections for special banquet themes and events based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership with the Production Chef and Corporate Chef. Compliance with federal, provincial, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
