The Hyatt is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This position requires an individual with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized, pro-active problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a degree in hospitality or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, and a proven track record of supervising & leading staff. Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills are also essential. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager should be knowledgeable of food & beverage trends, be able to work flexible hours, and must possess strong interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.If you are passionate about hospitality and driven to provide exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage, lead, and supervise staff in a fast paced environment.
Ensure high standards of customer service are met.
Monitor and control the quality and quantity of food and beverage services.
Develop and implement strategies for achieving profit and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
Create and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
