
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
The Hyatt is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This position requires an individual with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized, pro-active problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a degree in hospitality or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, and a proven track record of supervising & leading staff. Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills are also essential. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager should be knowledgeable of food & beverage trends, be able to work flexible hours, and must possess strong interpersonal & conflict resolution skills.If you are passionate about hospitality and driven to provide exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, and supervise staff in a fast paced environment.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are met.
- Monitor and control the quality and quantity of food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving profit and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.
- Create and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Remain up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
