  1. Assist the Human Resources Director in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to identify and address employee development needs and opportunities.
  3. Help create a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
  4. Support the recruitment and selection process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
  5. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  6. Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  9. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
  10. Assist in the performance management process by providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  12. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  13. Assist with the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Act as a role model for company values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In Human Resources.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
