- Ensure the smooth operation of all digital and AV systems in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide technical support for events and conferences.
- Continuously research and implement new technology solutions to enhance the guest experience.
- Train and educate staff on the proper use and maintenance of digital and AV equipment.

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects related to digital and AV technology.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Digital And Audiovisual Equipment, Including But Not Limited To Projectors, Microphones, Sound Systems, Video Conferencing Equipment, And Recording Devices.
Proven Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Quickly And Effectively, With A Strong Understanding Of Networking And Computer Systems.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals And Provide Solutions In A Professional And Timely Manner.
Experience In Event Production And/Or Audiovisual Support, Including Setup, Operation, And Breakdown Of Av Equipment For Meetings, Conferences, And Other Events.
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Advancements In Digital And Audiovisual Technology, With A Willingness To Continuously Learn And Adapt To New Equipment And Software.
