- Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized event solutions.
- Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional events.
- Conduct site visits and attend planning meetings with clients to ensure their vision is met.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate and manage event logistics, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and staffing.
- Ensure all events are executed in accordance with brand standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of event details, contracts, and client information.
- Train and manage event staff to provide exceptional service to clients and guests.
- Continuously seek new opportunities for event partnerships and collaborations to increase business.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative event solutions to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Vendors, And Team Members.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Sales And Planning, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Event Management, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Goals, With A Strong Understanding Of Event Budgeting And Cost Management.
Experience In Managing A Team And Overseeing All Aspects Of Event Planning, Including Logistics, Catering, And Contract Negotiations.
