  1. Oversee the planning and execution of all events at Hyatt, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and provide guidance and recommendations to create a personalized and unforgettable experience.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
  4. Create detailed event proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and event logistics, to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  5. Work closely with various departments, such as catering, audiovisual, and housekeeping, to ensure all event requirements are met and executed flawlessly.
  6. Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, addressing any concerns or changes promptly and professionally.
  8. Utilize strong sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling event services and packages to increase revenue.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve and innovate event experiences at Hyatt.
  10. Lead a team of event coordinators and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
  11. Handle any issues or crises that may arise during events, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the Hyatt brand by consistently delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Sales, Preferably In A Hotel Setting

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Events Of Various Sizes And Types

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Abilities, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.
