- Oversee the planning and execution of all events at Hyatt, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and provide guidance and recommendations to create a personalized and unforgettable experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Create detailed event proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and event logistics, to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Work closely with various departments, such as catering, audiovisual, and housekeeping, to ensure all event requirements are met and executed flawlessly.
- Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, addressing any concerns or changes promptly and professionally.
- Utilize strong sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling event services and packages to increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to continuously improve and innovate event experiences at Hyatt.
- Lead a team of event coordinators and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event execution.
- Handle any issues or crises that may arise during events, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Sales, Preferably In A Hotel Setting
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Events Of Various Sizes And Types
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Abilities, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.
