Welcome to Nest Rooftop Lounge at Hyatt! We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Floor Supervisor to join our team. As the Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our floor staff and ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered to our guests. You will be a vital part of the team, driving the success of the lounge and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a similar environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards. You must also be comfortable leading and motivating a team, and have the ability to solve problems quickly and calmly.We look forward to hearing from you and learning how you can help us create a unique and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
