The Hotel Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that sales activities are conducted in accordance with Hyatt's standards and guidelines.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks will be key. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Maintain current knowledge of sales strategies and industry trends.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction.
  7. Monitor and report on sales activity.
  8. Generate reports and provide insights on sales performance.
  9. Track and manage sales leads.
  10. Create promotional materials for sales campaigns.
  11. Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards and guidelines.
  12. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Manage and coordinate sales and marketing activities.
  14. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
