The Lead Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for assisting to coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware. This person needs to have the ability to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight.

Job Qualifications

Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and keep a varied schedule
Hotel experience and a thorough understanding of stewarding operations preferred
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor preferred
California Food Handler's Certification required
