Maintenance - Painter

We are looking for a creative and experienced Painter to join our team at Hyatt! As the Maintenance - Painter, you will be responsible for painting and maintaining the interior and exterior of the hotel to ensure it is kept in pristine condition. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 3 years of painting experience, preferably in a hospitality setting. You should also have a strong knowledge of paint types and application techniques, as well as safety protocols. In addition, you should have excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, scraping, and patching.
2. Paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.

4. Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
5. Utilize safety protocols when handling paint and other materials.
6. Follow instructions and plans provided by supervisors.
7. Inspect finished work for quality assurance.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
9. Follow all hotel policies and safety regulations.
10. Work collaboratively in a team environment.
